PUBLICATION STUDIO  is a publisher of original books, distributed through a global network; a printer and binder able to make books one-at-a-time; and a social gathering place for those interested in publication or in publishing their own work.

It is a laboratory for publication in its fullest sense – not just the production of books, but the production of the public.

PUBLICATION STUDIO was founded in 2009 in Portland, Oregon. PUBLICATION STUDIO PARIS  was started in 2021, as a branch of After 8 Books, a bookshop and publisher in Paris. Publication Studio Paris develops projects with writers, poets, artists, graphic designers, with intellectual as well as sentimental attention.
