The 10th Vilnius Galleries Weekend (VGW) invites you to an international discussion.

In today’s era of rapid social, digital, and cultural transformation, what role do galleries play? What impact do gallery weekends and art fairs have on the gallery ecosystem? This panel will explore how galleries are shifting from traditional “white cube” spaces to community hubs, balancing commercial and cultural objectives and responsibilities. The panel will discuss the impact of digital platforms and social media on the discovery of art and artists, new models of artist representation, and the changing expectations of collectors.
