Gender equality

The Contemporary Art Centre (CAC) and its department Sapieha Palace are committed to ensuring equal opportunities, non-discrimination and a safe, respectful working and creative environment for all employees, collaborators and participants.

The institution implements a Gender Equality Plan 2026–2029, aimed at strengthening gender balance in governance and decision-making, ensuring equal opportunities in employment, and integrating gender equality principles into artistic programming, education and communication.

If you have experienced or witnessed discrimination, harassment or other inappropriate behaviour, you are encouraged to report it. Please submit the form to the CAC administration by email [email protected] or by any other convenient means; reports may also be submitted anonymously and all information will be treated confidentially.
