The Vilnius Arts Academy celebrates its 210th Anniversary and to mark this occasion, the exhibition ‘We are coming’ is being presented at the CAC. It consists of students‘ work from the departments of Painting, Sculpture, Photography and Media. The artworks are selected from the most individual and the most creative students rather than from the official methodological tasks of composition. Simultaneously an interactive programme element is also being presented which shows a wide range of students‘ works across different courses in the department of Sculpture, Photography and Media.
The new active artists emerge with the ambition to change many subjects in artistic life. Thus the motto: ‘We are coming’ is chosen for the exhibition.
